摘要
使用烧结工艺通过添加显色氧化物—氧化钴制备出一体成型的蓝色陶粒,设定的制备方案为:以金尾矿、火山灰为基础配料,Co2O3:Al2O3:MgO:ZnO质量比为3:3:8:7,煤粉量为2%,在500℃下预烧15min,在1170℃下焙烧25min。按此方案对烧制陶粒进行性能测试,其堆积密度为724kg·m^-3,筒压强度为18.2MPa,吸水率为7.3%,表观密度为1411kg·m^-3。
In this paper, the sintering process was used to prepare the integrated blue ceramsite by adding the chro. mogenic oxide-Co2O3. The preparation scheme was set as follows: based on the gold tailings and volcanic ash, the Co2O3:Al2O3:MgO:ZnO mass ratio was 3:3:8:7, the amount of pulverized coal was 2%. the ceramsite was pre-fired at 500 ℃ for 15 minutes and roasted at 1170 ℃ for 25 minutes. According to the performance test of fired ceramsite, the bulk density is 724kg·m^-3, the cylinder compression strength is 18.2mpa, the water absorption rate is 7.3%, and the apparent density is 1411kg·m^-3.
