摘要
发泡水泥板废料大量堆积对环境产生的影响,造成材料的浪费,还占用了厂区的空间。采用专用磨粉设备将发泡水泥板废料磨制成粉料,并对不同细度的磨细粉进行性能测试,磨细粉具有较好的强度活性指数。通过优选最佳磨细粉用于黏结砂浆、抹面砂浆中测试性能,结果表明发泡水泥板废料在砂浆具有推广应用价值。
Foamed cement panel waste accumulates in large quantities has an impact on environment, resulting in waste of materials, but also occupied the space of plant. In this paper, the foamed cement panel waste is grinded in. to powder by special grinding equipment, and the performance of grinding powder with different fineness is tested. The grinding powder has good strength and activity index. By optimizing the best grinding powder for testing the performance of bonded mortar and plastering mortar, the results show that the foamed cement panel waste has the value of popularization and application in mortar.
