循证护理在发育性协调障碍患儿门诊康复训练中的应用

Application of evidence-based nursing in outpatient rehabilitation training for children with developmental coordination disorder

目的 探讨循证护理在发育性协调障碍患儿门诊康复训练中的应用效果。方法 选取2017年1—12月在我院治疗的发育性协调障碍患儿104例为研究对象,随机将其等分为研究组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予循证护理,比较两组患儿的生活质量(QOL)评分。结果 研究组QOL各项指标的评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 发育性协调障碍患儿门诊康复训练中应用循证护理,临床效果满意,值得推广运用。

Objective To explore the application effect of evidence-based nursing in outpatient rehabilitation training for children with developmental coordination disorder. Methods To select 104 children with developmental coordination disorder who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into study group and control group with the same number of patients. The control group was treated with routine nursing, while the study group was given evidence-based nursing. The quality of life (QOL) scores of the two groups of children were compared. Results The the QOL scores of the study group were superior to the control group,and the difference was statistically significant( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion Applying evidence-based nursing in outpatient rehabilitation training for children with developmental coordination disorder has remarkable clinical treatment effect,which was worth popularizing and applying.
