基于质量敏感指标的护理干预在介入导管室服务质量持续改进中的应用

Application of nursing intervention based on quality sensitive index in continuous improvement of service quality in interventional catheter room

目的 探讨基于质量敏感指标的护理干预在介入导管室服务质量持续改进中的应用效果。方法 2017年7月至2018年6月我科以护理质量敏感指标为标准,对介入导管室的护理质量进行评价,并对管理期间出现的问题进行分析,同时制定持续质量改进的具体策略,对实施前(2016年6月至2017年6月)和实施后(2017年7月至2018年6月)科室敏感指标检查结果、护理不良事件发生率进行比较。结果 实施后科室核心制度实施率、分级护理实施率、应急预案完整率、健康教育实施率、专科技能合格率、高危药物使用及管理合格率、高危风险评估和应对合格率、危险值报告处理制度实施率高于实施前(P<0.05);实施后意外事件发生率、护理缺陷发生率低于实施前(P<0.05)。结论 建立及运用护理质量敏感指标,不仅有利于介入导管室护理服务质量的提高,而且对科室落实持续质量改进具有应用价值。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on quality sensitive index in continuous improvement of service quality in interventional catheter room. Methods To take nursing quality sensitive index as the standard of our department from July 2017 to June 2018, the quality of nursing in the interventional catheter department was evaluated and the problems that occurred during the management were analyzed. At the same time, we formulated specific strategies for continuous quality improvement. The department sensitivity index examination results and incidence of nursing adverse events before the implementation(from June 2016 to June 2017)and after the implementation(from July 2017 to June 2018) were compared. Results After the implementation, the core system implementation rate, graded nursing implementation rate, completion rate of emergency plan, implementation rate of health education, qualification rate of special technology, use and management qualification rate of high-risk drugs, high-risk assessment and qualified response rate, and implementation rate of risk value report processing system were higher than those before the implementation( P < 0.05 ). After the implementation, the incidence of accidents and the incidence of nursing defects were lower than those before the implementation( P < 0.05 ). Conclusion The establishment and application of sensitive indicators of nursing quality is not only conducive to the improvement of the quality of interventional catheterization room nursing services, but also has application value for the implementation of continuous quality improvement in the department.
