规范化护理干预在全膝关节置换术后居家康复患者中的应用

Application of standardized nursing intervention in home rehabilitation patients after total knee arthroplasty

目的 研究规范化护理干预在全膝关节置换术后居家康复患者中的应用。方法 选择2016年7月至2018年6月于本院实施全膝关节置换术的103例患者作为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组53例和试验组50例,对照组进行常规居家康复护理,试验组在居家康复中采取规范化护理干预。比较两组美国特种外科医院(HSS)膝关节评分、Barthel指数(BI)评分、临床疗效。结果 对照组HSS膝关节各维度评分及总分低于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组BI各维度评分及总分低于试验组,除大便、小便之外比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组临床疗效低于试验组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在全膝关节置换术患者术后进行居家康复时给予规范化护理干预,可显著提高患者膝关节功能,改善其日常生活能力,提高临床疗效。

Objective To study the application of standardized nursing intervention in home rehabilitation patients after total knee arthroplasty. Methods To select 103 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2018 as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group with 53 patients and experimental group with 50 patients. The control group was given routine home rehabilitation nursing, while the experimental group was treated by standardized nursing intervention in home rehabilitation. The Special Surgical Hospitals (HSS) knee surgery scores, Barthel index (BI) scores, and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results Each dimension scores and total score of the HSS knee joints in the control group were lower than those in the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). The scores and total scores of the BI dimensions of the control group were lower than those of the experimental group, and the differences were statistically significant except for stool and urine( P <0.05). The clinical efficacy of the control group was lower than that of the experimental group, and the difference was statistically significant( P <0.05). Conclusion Standardized nursing intervention in patients undergoing total knee arthroplasty after home rehabilitation can improve knee function significantly. In addition, it can improve their daily living ability and the clinical treatment efficacy.
