淮海经济区中心城市徐州的创新首位度

On the innovation primary ratio of Xuzhou as the central city of Huaihai Economic Zone

通过建立城市创新水平评价指标体系,分析研究淮海经济区中心城市徐州的创新首位度.结果表明:徐州的创新水平虽然排名第一,但与真正意义上的淮海经济区创新首位城市还有一定差距.为此,提出了提升徐州创新首位度的建议:加大科技创新投入,提升创新能力;优化创新模式,推动高质量发展;强化创新人才建设,保障可持续发展;加强对外合作,引领区域协同创新.

By establishing the index system of city innovation level evaluation, the innovation primacy ratio of Xuzhou, the central city of Huaihai Economic Zone, is studied. The results show that although Xuzhou ranks the first in the evaluation system, it is hardly for the first innovative city in Huaihai Economic Zone. Therefore, some suggestions are put forward to improve the innovation primacy of Xuzhou, such as increasing input in scientific and technological innovation and enhancing the capacity for innovation, optimizing the mode of innovation and driving the development of high quality, strengthening the innovative talents construction and promoting the sustainable development, and improving international cooperation and leading regional collaborative innovation.
