聚酰亚胺纳米限域镁基合金及其储氢性能研究

摘要 为克服纳米镁基储氢合金粒子在空气中易被氧化和发生团聚的缺陷,运用透氢抗氧聚合物基体复合技术,对镁基合金进行聚酰亚胺纳米限域包覆.结果表明:当聚酰亚胺添加量为3%,喷雾压力为0.1MPa,溶剂为DMF时,制得的复合材料具有良好的储氢性能. The nano Mg-based hydrogen storage alloy particles are easily oxidized and agglomerated in air during hydrogen storage process, which limits the hydrogen sorption performance. Therefore, the gas-selective polymer is used as matrix and then Mg-based alloys are nano confined with polyimide. The results show that when the polyimide adding amount is 3%, the spray pressure is 0.1 MPa, and solvent is DMF, the composite material has good hydrogen storage performance.
