摘要
人的不安全行为是建筑业安全事故频发的主要原因,从人的行为视角研究建筑安全是有效遏制事故发生的主攻方向。为全面、系统、客观地反映行为视角下建筑安全领域现有的研究成果,主要运用知识图谱分析工具CiteSpace,对来自中国知网(CNKI)数据库的156篇核心及以上期刊研究文献进行了可视化定量分析并辅助定性分析。结果表明:基于行为视角的建筑安全领域的研究文献发表数量整体呈上升趋势,文献发表期刊主要集中在《中国安全科学学报》和《中国安全生产科学技术》,文献关键作者呈现抱团合作;该领域的研究内容主要分为三个层次,最里层围绕(不)安全行为的形成过程、影响因素、规律等展开,中间层主要探究安全氛围、安全能力、领导行为等与(不)安全行为的关系;该领域的研究热点聚焦于建筑工人(不)安全行为及其影响因素、安全文化、安全氛围和安全绩效等主题,研究前沿集中在危险认知、安全态度和安全意识等方向;该领域未来的研究方向可能会深入探讨个体、群体(组织)、环境三因素交互作用下的建筑安全行为,同时仿真与实验的研究方法以及智能化技术在建筑安全中的运用值得期待。
The unsafe behavior of human being is the main reason for the frequent occurrence of safety accidents in construction industry.Studying construction safety from human behavior perspective is the key direction to effectively curb accidents.To comprehensively,systematically and objectively reflect the existing research results in the field of building safety from the perspective of behavior,this paper presents a visual quantitative analysis and a qualitative analysis complementally of 156 core and above journal articles from CNKI database,mainly using the knowledge map analysis tool,CiteSpace.The results indicate that research on construction safety from the perspective of behavior maintain the upward trend,the journals mainly centralize on China Safety Science Journal and Journal of Safety Science and Technology,and key authors of the literature present teamwork.The research content includes three levels.The innermost layer embraces the forming process and influencing factors of (un)safety behaviors,and the middle layer mainly explores the relationship between safety atmosphere,safety ability,leadership behavior and (un)safety behaviors.And the research hotspot focuses on the topics of construction workers′(un)safety behaviors and their influencing factors,safety culture,safety atmosphere and safety performance.Moreover,the research frontier concentrates on risk perception,safety attitude and safety consciousness.Accordingly,future research may deeply discuss construction safety behaviors under the interaction of individual,group and environmental factors.Meanwhile,research methods like simulation,experiment and application of intelligent technology in construction safety are worth looking forward to.
