In order to evaluate the emergency response capability of distribution network engineering and improve the emergency response capability of power system, this paper establishes a model of emergency response capability evaluation of distribution network engineering based on improved two-tuple linguistic information.Firstly,on the basic of referring to relevant research and combining with the characteristics of distribution network emergency services, the paper constructs an evaluation index system of distribution network engineering emergency capacity from four aspects.Secondly, the paper applies interval number characteristic root method (IEM) to determining the index weight. Finally, the paper applies the emergency capacity evaluation analysis model of improved two-tuple linguistic information to calculating and evaluating the emergency response capability of a distribution network project. The results show that the evaluation results of the model are basically consistent with the actual situation, and can quickly and effectively reflect the emergency capacity level of distribution network engineering. The results also can provide the basis for emergency management of distribution network engineering.
