摘要
针对长期运行的半刚性基层路面基层承载力下降的问题,选用新型非水反应类高聚物材料,进行基层注浆修复以恢复结构层性能.在落锤式弯沉仪检测的基础上,建立基层性能劣化的弯沉盆指数评价方法.基于渗透型高聚物材料,采用静压法制作不同密实度的半刚性基层材料试件,进行无侧限抗压强度试验,揭示渗透注浆对基层性能提升特征.通过改变注浆间距、注浆深度和注浆量等参数,现场开展高聚物渗透注浆试验,结果表明:渗透性高聚物注浆材料与半刚性基层材料结合紧密,在基层材料中渗透性好,显著提升半刚性基层的承载性能,实现基层承载功能的恢复.
In order to improve the decreasing bearing capacity of the base in long-running semirigid base pavement,the research on the recovery of major performance is carried out on the basis of the permeable non-water reacted polymer grouting material.Based on the test from the Falling Weight Deflectometer(FWD),the deflection basin index evaluating the base performance deterioration is established.Using permeable polymer materials,the specimens of semi-rigid base with different compactness are made by static pressure method.The unconfined compressive strength test is carried out to access the base performance improvement through permeable grouting.Furthermore,the field test has been taken by changing the grouting parameters such as spacing,depth and quantity.The results show that the permeable polymer grouting material is closely combined with the semi-rigid base material,which bears high permeability.It can improve thebearing performance significantly and achieve the function restoring of the base.
