摘要
某变速器高速挡同步环与结合齿采用单锥面小端接触,其同步环与结合齿后备量作为一重要参数被考核,但是通过分析发现,不管同步环与结合齿锥面公差及锥点位置如何分布,其实测后备量均大于传统一维尺寸链计算,最大误差高达19%,且同步环与结合齿锥面角度差越大,实测值与传统计算值差异越大。通过分析发现,传统一维尺寸链计算未考虑锥面角度差产生的接触点变化(小端接触)的影响,进而导致其对后备量的影响。采用二维尺寸链理论分析了小端接触同步器后备量,它与实测值误差从原先的19%降低到2%,提高了理论计算后备量准确性。
The permissible wear path clearance is an important parameter of the synchronizer system in bottom end contacting. It is found that the measured permissible wear path clearance volume is larger than the traditional one-dimensional chain calculation value, and the maximum error is as high as19%.The larger the cone angle difference between the ring and the dog tooth, the greater the error between the measured value and the traditional calculated value.The influence of the cone angle difference on the permissible wear path clearance was not considered in the traditional one-dimensional dimensional chain calculation.The permissible wear path clearance was analyzed by the two- dimensional dimensional chain theory, and the error between the calculated value and the measured value was reduced from the original19% to2%, which improved the theoretical calculation accuracy.
