On July 4, 2019, Xintuo 3D has released the Tube Quality three dimensional (3D) optical tube bending monitoring system in Shanghai. In the system, multi-camera flexible space calibration, 3D solid matching and other technologies are adopted. Through high resolution industrial camera with stable performance, 3D model of tubes is rebuilt quickly, to realize non-contact optical 3D online monitoring for tubes and wires.As the first morning equipment with independent intellectual property right in China, the Xintuo 3D Tube Quality optical bend tube monitoring system is the new breakthrough in the field of intelligent manufacturing in China, and has broken the monopoly of foreign bend tube monitoring equipment, and establishes new standard for 3D monitoring in tube industry.
