摘要
基于2012年世界银行对中国企业投资环境调查的微观数据,运用倾向得分匹配方法分析了国外技术授权与企业生产率之间的实际因果关系,并在此基础上引入国外技术授权与研发创新的交互项,考察了在影响企业生产率上二者之间究竟存在互补关系还是替代关系.实证研究发现:国外技术授权与企业生产率之间存在显著的正向因果关系,即国外技术授权可以显著促进企业生产率的提高;在影响企业生产率上,国外技术授权与研发创新之间存在互补关系,但是这种互补关系并不显著,表明国外技术授权对企业生产率的影响主要来自对授权技术的直接应用,而通过技术消化吸收再创新促进企业生产率提高的间接作用并不明显.
Based on micro data 2012 World Bank survey of Chinese business investment environment,this paper uses propensity score matching(PSM) method to analyze the actual causal relationship between foreign technology licensing and enterprise productivity,and introduces the interaction item of foreign technology licensing and R&D innovation,and examines there is a substitute or complementary relationship between the two on the impact of enterprise productivity.The empirical study shows that there is a significant positive causal relationship between foreign technology licensing and enterprise productivity,in other word,that foreign technology licensing can significantly promote enterprise productivity;And there is a complementary relationship between foreign technology licensing and R&D innovation,but this relationship is not significant.This shows that the impact of foreign technology licensing on the enterprise productivity mainly derived from direct application of the technology,while ifs not obvious of the indirect effects of digestion of foreign technology,and then absorption and creation.
