膝关节镜辅助下内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折

Arthroscopically Assisted Internal Fixation for the Treatment of Tibial Plateau Fractures

目的分析膝关节镜辅助下内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法筛选时间为2016年5月-2018年5月在我院接受手术治疗的100例胫骨平台骨折患者,按照接受手术方法的不同,分为关节镜组和传统组,每组50例,对比两组治疗效果,手术切口长度、操作时间、住院时间,膝关节功能,Rasmussen量表评分。结果关节镜组患者切口长度短于传统组,且手术操作时间和住院时间更短,组间比较t=3.081、6.892、4.284,P<0.05。关节镜组患者术后获得的优良率92.00%高于传统组74.00%,两组对比数据差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论胫骨平台骨折实施膝关节镜下内固定治疗,可获得理想的治疗效果,且损伤小、恢复快,更利于患者接受。

Objective To analyze the effect of knee arthroscopy-assisted internal fixation for the treatment of tibial plateau fractures.Methods From May 2016 to May 2018,100 patients with tibial plateau fracture were divided into arthroscopic group(n=50)and traditional group(n=50).Operative incision length,operating time,hospital stay,knee joint function,Rasmussen scale score.Results The length of incision in the arthroscopic group was shorter than that in the traditional group,and the operation time and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the traditional group.The difference between the two groups,t=3.081,6.892 and 4.284,P<0.05.The excellent results obtained by arthroscopy group after operation.The rate of 92.00%was significantly higher than that of the traditional group(74.00%),the difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of tibial plateau fractures with knee arthroscopic internal fixation can achieve the desired therapeutic effect,and the damage is small and the recovery is faster,which is more conducive to patient acceptance.
