持续皮温监测对断指再植血管危象的预警 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨持续皮温监测对断指再植发生血管危象的预警价值。方法将我院2017年6月-2018年12月收治的100例手指离断患者随机分为两组,各50例,两组患者均进行断指再植手术治疗,术后A组患者采用常规方法监测皮温,对B组患者进行持续皮温监测,对比两组患者血管危象发生率及再植手指的存活率。结果B组患者血管危象发生率为1.43%低于A组患者的11.76%,差异具有统计学意义,χ^2=4.470,P<0.05。B组患者再植手指存活率为98.57%高于A组患者的88.24%,差异具有统计学意义,χ^2=4.470,P<0.05。结论持续皮温监测灵敏度高,安全性好,能够及时预警血管危象并快速采取相应措施,有利于提高再植手指的存活率,从而最大限度地减少残疾,使患者早日康复,回归社会,重获生活的信心。 Objective To investigate the early warning value of continuous skin temperature monitoring for vascular crisis in replantation of severed fingers.Methods From June 2017 to December 2018,100 cases of finger amputation were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases each.Both groups received replantation of severed fingers.The skin temperature of group A was monitored by routine method and group B was monitored continuously.The incidence of vascular crisis and the survival rate of replanted fingers were compared between the two groups.Methods The incidence of vascular crisis in group B was 1.43%lower than that in group A,11.76%.The difference was statistically significant,χ^2=4.470,P<0.05.The survival rate of replanted fingers in group B was 98.57%higher than that in group A,88.24%.The difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.470,P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous skin temperature monitoring has high sensitivity and safety.It can warn vascular crisis in time and take corresponding measures quickly.It is conducive to improving the survival rate of replanted fingers,so as to minimize disability,enable patients to recover early,return to society,and regain confidence in life.
