腹腔镜联合结直肠镜治疗结直肠息肉的效果分析

Effects of Laparoscopy Plus Colonoscopy in the Treatment of Colorectal Polyp

目的探讨腹腔镜联合结直肠镜治疗结直肠息肉的效果。方法选取2014年1月-2019年1月我院收治的80例结直肠息肉患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各40例;对照组采用结直肠镜结直肠息肉切除术,观察组采用腹腔镜联合结直肠镜治疗结直肠息肉切除术;对比两组效果。结果两组治疗总有效率比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组显效率高于对照组(P<0.05),息肉残留率低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组手术时间、术中出血量及肠道功能恢复时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),两组住院时间比较差异不具有统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜联合结直肠镜治疗结直肠息肉安全有效。

Objective To investigate the effects of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal polyps.Methods 80 patients with colorectal polyps treated in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2019 were divided into observation group(n=40)and control group(n=40)randomly.The control group was taken colonoscopy and the observation group for laparoscopy plus colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal polyps.The effects of the two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).The marked effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).The residual rate of polyps was significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and intestinal function recovery time in the observation group were significantly less than control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in hospitalization time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy is safe and effective in the treatment of colorectal polyps.
