血液净化联合乌司他丁治疗重症脓毒症的疗效

Effects of Blood Purification Plus Ulinastatin for Patients With Severe Sepsis

目的探讨连续性血液净化联合乌司他丁治疗重症脓毒症的疗效。方法本研究选取2015年1月—2019年1月我院收治的40例重症脓毒症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例;对照组采用基础治疗+连续性血液净化治疗,观察组采用基础治疗+连续性血液净化+乌司他丁治疗;对比分析两组临床转归及治疗前后APACHEⅡ评分、炎性因子情况。结果观察组ICU住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05),30 d存活率高于对照组(P<0.05);经治疗两组APACHEⅡ评分、WBC及CRP均得到改善(P<0.05),且治疗后观察组APACHEⅡ评分、WBC及CRP均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血液净化联合乌司他丁治疗重症脓毒症可降低机体炎性反应,缩短ICU住院时间,提高短期生存率。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of continuous blood purification plus ulinastatin in the treatment of severe sepsis.Methods From January 2015 to January 2019,40 patients with severe sepsis were divided into observation group(n=20)and control group(n=20)randomly.The control group was treated with basic therapy and continuous blood purification.The observation group was treated with ulinastatin based on control group.The clinical outcome,APACHEⅡscore and inflammatory factors before and after treatment were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The hospitalization time of ICU in the observation group was significantly shorter than control group(P<0.05).The 30-day survival rate observation group was significantly higher than control group(P<0.05).After treatment,APACHEⅡscore,WBC and CRP were improved in both groups(P<0.05).APACHEⅡscore,WBC and CRP in the observation group were significantly lower than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Blood purification combined with ulinastatin in the treatment of severe sepsis can reduce the inflammatory response,shorten the hospitalization time of ICU and improve the short-term survival rate significantly.
