摘要
目的分析在外科手术患者护理中实施持续护理质量管理对于提升护理质量的效果。方法选择我院2017年6月-2018年6月收治的81例接受外科手术治疗的患者进行研究,其中41例患者在手术护理中进行持续护理质量管理,另外40例患者在手术护理中实施常规护理,相应将两组视作观察组、对照组,比较两组护理效果。结果观察组接受持续护理质量管理后护理质量评价指标中术前探视、术前用药及相关准备、术前清洁、术前器械准备、术中配合、术后整理、药品及物品摆放结果均高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组患者对护理的满意度为92.68%,高于对照组患者对护理的满意度75.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=4.698 8,P=0.030 2)。结论在外科手术护理中实施持续护理质量管理能够提升护理质量,获得患者更高的满意。
Objective To analyze the effect of implementing continuous care quality management on the quality of care in surgical patients.Methods 81 patients who underwent surgery from June 2017 to June2018 were enrolled in the study.Among them,41 patients underwent continuous care quality management during surgical care,and another 40 patients performed routine surgery.Nursing,the two groups were treated as observation group and control group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results In the observation group,the pre-operative visit,preoperative medication and related preparation,preoperative cleaning,preoperative instrument preparation,intraoperative coordination,postoperative finishing,drug and item placement were all high in the quality of care evaluation after continuous quality management.In the control group,P<0.05;the satisfaction of the observation group was 92.68%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 75.00%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=4.698 8,P=0.030 2).Conclusion The implementation of continuous care quality management in surgical care can improve the quality of care and achieve higher patient satisfaction.
