综合护理在预防血液净化导管相关性血流感染中的效果评价

Effect Evaluation of Comprehensive Nursing in Preventing Bloodstream Infection Associated With Blood Purification Catheter

目的评价综合护理在预防血液净化导管相关性血流感染中的效果。方法观察对象为2016年8月-2018年8月在我院治疗的88例患者,随机分为观察组、对照组,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予综合护理,对比相关性血流感染预防效果。结果观察组患者导管留置时间、出现CRBSI时间比对照组长,CRBSI持续时间比对照组短,生活质量比对照组高,焦虑抑郁情绪比对照组轻,观察组患者静脉导管感染发生率为2.27%,低于对照组的13.64%,观察组患者护理满意度为97.73%,高于对照组的79.55%,对比差异有统计意义,P<0.05。结论综合护理对于血液净化导管相关性血流感染控制具有良好的效果,可有效降低患者负面情绪,提升患者生活质量。

Objective To evaluate the effect of predictive care in preventing bloodstream catheter-related bloodstream infections.Methods 88 patients were enrolled in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group,The control group was given routine care,and the observation group was given Comprehensive care.To compare the preventive effects of related bloodstream infection.Results In the observation group,the catheter indwelling time and CRBSI time were longer than the control group.The duration of CRBSI was shorter than that of the control group.The quality of life was higher than that of the control group.The anxiety and depression were lighter than the control group.The incidence of venous catheter infection in the observation group was 2.27%,which was lower than 13.64%of the control group’s.The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.73%,which was higher than the control group’s79.55%.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing has a good effect on the control of bloodstream infection related bloodstream infection,which can effectively reduce the negative emotions of patients and improve the quality of life of patients.
