小儿高热惊厥综合护理方法的探讨

To Investigate the Comprehensive Nursing Method of Pediatric Febrile Seizures

目的探讨小儿高热惊厥的综合护理方法。方法选取132例我院于2016年3月-2018年5月所收治的高热惊厥小儿患者为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,给予对照组患儿以常规护理,观察组患儿以综合护理干预,观察并比较两组患儿护理前后各项生理指标变化、各项症状改善所需时间、住院时间及护理满意度。结果两组患者护理前的血钾、血钠及血糖水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后均有所改善,观察组护理后水平较对照组更优,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组退热时间、惊厥消失时间及住院时间较对照组均低,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理满意率为98.48%,较对照组的72.73%高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对高热惊厥小儿患者,在治疗的过程当中给予综合性护理干预有利提高临床疗效,缩短患儿退热、惊厥消失及住院时间,使患儿各项生理指标恢复正常,取得满意护理效果。

Objective To investigate the comprehensive nursing method of pediatric febrile seizures.Methods A total of 132 children with febrile seizures admitted to our hospital from March 2016 to May 2018 were enrolled.The patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The children in the control group were given routine care.The children were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention to observe and compare the changes of physiological indexes before and after nursing,the time required for each symptom improvement,hospitalization time and nursing satisfaction.Results There was no significant difference in serum potassium,blood sodium and blood glucose levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).All of them improved after nursing.The level of nursing in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group.There was significant comparison between the groups.The difference was(P<0.05).The fever time,convulsion disappearance time and hospitalization time of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group.There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group was 98.48%.The 72.73%of the group was significantly higher,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with febrile convulsion,comprehensive nursing intervention in the course of treatment is beneficial to improve the clinical efficacy,shorten the duration of antifebrile,convulsion disappearance and hospitalization,restore the normal physiological indicators of children,and obtain satisfactory nursing effect.
