Consunsus on diagnosis and treatment of axial spondyloarthritis(2019 version)

一、制定背景脊柱关节炎(spondyloarthritis,SpA),或称脊柱关节病(spondyloarthropathies,SpAs),是一组慢性炎症性疾病,具有特定的病理生理、临床、放射学和遗传学特征。其显著特点是炎性腰背痛,伴或不伴有外周关节炎。这一类疾病包括:中轴型脊柱关节炎(axial SpA,ax-SpA)[包括强直性脊柱炎(ankylosing spondylitis,AS)和放射学阴性中轴型脊柱关节炎(non-radiographic axial SpA,nr-axSpA)]、反应性关节炎(reactive arthritis,ReA)/莱特综合征、银屑病关节炎(psoriatic arthritis,PsA)、炎症性肠病性关节炎(arthropathy of inflammatory bowel disease,IBD)、未分化脊柱关节炎(undifferentiated spondyloarthritis)、幼年型脊柱关节炎(juvenile spondyloarthritis)[1]。
