摘要
针对政府投资公共建筑项目,从近年来200多个项目可研评估中,分行业选取50个典型案例为样本,构建项目可研的评估指标体系,建立定量评估的“指标体系法”,并引用实例分析论证该方法的可靠性,为政府投资公共建筑项目可研的定量评估提供参考。
In view of the government's investment in public construction projects,from the evaluation of more than 200 projects feasibility studies in recent years,the paper selects 50 typical cases as samples,constructs the evaluation index system of the project feasibility study report,establishes the “indicator system method” of quantitative assessment.Then the paper analyzes and demonstrates the reliability of the method with actual examples,provides reference for quantitative evaluation for feasibility study of government investment in public construction projects.
