地铁项目成本管理的问题与改进研究——以青岛地铁一号线为例

Research on the Problem and Improvement of Metro Project Cost Management:Taking Qingdao Metro Line 1 as an Example

以青岛地铁一号线为研究对象,分析该项目成本管理中的问题,并提出改进措施,包括构建基于利益共同体的、多方协同的战略成本管理体系,分析影响安全、质量、进度的主要因素,寻求三者与成本之间的最佳结合点,采取作业成本管理与目标责任成本管理相结合的成本管理方法,建立事前、事中、事后、全员、全过程的动态环保成本管理体系。

Taking Qingdao metro line 1 as the research object,this paper analyzes the project cost management problems,and puts forward some suggestions for improvement,such as constructing a multi-party collaborative strategic cost management system based on interest community,analyzing the main factors affecting safety,quality and progress to seek the best combination point between the three and cost,adopting a cost management method combined activity cost management with target responsibility cost management,and establishing a dynamic environmental protection cost management system in the whole process of beforehand,process and afterwards.
