提升机动测控部队整建制拉动训练后勤保障能力的思考

Thoughts on improving the mobile logistic support capability of the radar units

目前,机动测控部队开展整建制拉动训练受任务模式、战备训练、后勤保障等多方面因素影响和限制。本文从后勤保障的角度出发,重点分析了传统伴随机动保障模式不能适应整建制拉动训练的几点原因,提出了区分层次开展整建制拉动训练和提升机动保障实施能力的建议。

At present, the mobile radar troops are affected and restricted by many factors such as task mode, combat readiness training, logistic support and so on. From the perspective of logistic support, this paper focuses on the analysis of several reasons why traditional accompanying random dynamic support mode cannot adapt to the pulling training of whole combat system, and puts forward that the training of whole combat system should be carried out at different levels and the maneuvering support means should be promoted.
