摘要 在对我国沿海LNG接收站主要工艺流程和系统组成分析的基础上,结合宁波市特种设备检验研究院对浙江LNG压力管道检验工作,对LNG接收站管道在线检验的可行性和所需技术进行了讨论总结。首次提出了基于RBI的LNG接收站压力管道检验技术,其中包括瞬变电测检测、数字射线和红外热成像检测技术,对于有保温深冷管道建议采用TEM或电磁超声技术进行测厚抽查,采用DR等技术进行焊缝表面缺陷抽查和埋藏缺陷抽查,应尽快研制标准规范以确定LNG接收站场压力管道检验检测的要求。 Based on the analysis of the main process flow and system composition of coastal liquid natural gas terminal,and combined with the pressure pipeline inspection work of Zhejing Liquid Natural Gas Terminal by Ningbo Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute,the feasibility and required technology for the online inspection of liquid natural gas terminal are discussed and summarized.The RBI-based pressure pipeline inspection technology of liquid natural gas terminal is proposed for the first time,including transient electrical measurement detection,digital ray and infrared thermal imaging detection technology.For insulated cryogenic pipelines,it is suggested TEM or electromagnetic ultrasonic technology can be used to do thickness measuring,and technologies like DR can be used to check weld surface defects and buried defects.Meanwhile,standards and regulations should be studied as soon as possible to determine the requirements of the pressure pipeline inspection in liquid natural gas terminals.
