摘要
输气站ESD系统长期处于在用状态,其性能状况的检测方式、检测过程和结果直接关乎ESD系统使用的评判。对输气站ESD系统测试现状进行研究,深入剖析了测试技术流程不清晰、测试要素不统一、投运前测试技术要求不到位等3方面现场使用问题,为测试技术改进提供了目标。采用技术对标和技术管理相结合的方式,明确了制定测试计划、编制测试方案、组织现场测试、评价测试结果、完善测试记录5个环节,确保了ESD系统测试合规性。通过现场反复实践,确定了ESD系统使用期间测试的5个技术要素,从执行“三同时”确立了投运前测试技术管理规定,明细了工厂实验(FAT)、现场实验(SAT)和联合测试(IFAT)的测试要点,统一了测试报告要素及版式。通过在多套ESD系统中测试验证,形成了ESD系统测试技术管理要求。
The ESD system of gas transmission station is being used for a long time,and the inspection method,process and result of its performance directly relate to the evaluation of the system use.The present testing situation of ESD system in gas transmission stations is studied,and three aspects of onsite use problems are deeply analyzed,namely unclear test technology process,inconsistent test factors and inadequate pre-commissioning test technology,which provide the goal for the improvement of test technology.Adopting the method combining technology target with technology management,five links are identified,namely formulating test plan,preparing test scheme,organizing field test,evaluating test results and perfecting test records,which ensure the compliance of ESD system test.Through repeated practice on site,five technical factors of ESD system test during the period of use are determined,and the technical management regulations of pre-commissioning test are established from the implementation of"three simultaneous".Moreover,test points of FAT,SAT and IFAT are clarified,test report factors and format are unified.Through test and application of several sets of ESD system,the requirements of ESD system test technology management are formed.
