摘要
目前因缺乏有针对性的非金属管道完整性管理体系,导致油田埋地非金属管道泄漏现象频繁发生。通过系统分析非金属管道在完整性管理各个环节存在的缺失和不足,从管道数据收集、探测定位、风险预测、失效修复等方面提出了相应的解决措施,即强化新建管道的数据收集与完善,明确埋地非金属管道探测及定位技术,探索失效机理及风险预测技术,完善管道失效修复和预防性修复,攻关风险评价及完整性评价的核心技术。提出如下建议:把管道运行期的部分完整性管理工作转到建设期完成,规避由于关键技术缺失而造成的部分风险;针对金属管道与非金属管道的特性差异,建议进行系统的技术梳理工作,建立系统完善的非金属管道完整性管理方法;针对部分应用技术界限、适用范围的不清晰,建议开展相关技术的优选及界定工作,建立系统完善的管理程序及作业方法。
At present,there is no integrity management system for non-metallic pipelines,which leads to frequent leakage of oilfield buried non-metallic pipeline.Through systematically analyzing the deficiencies and shortcomings of non-metallic pipelines in integrity management,corresponding solutions are put forward from the aspects of pipeline data collection,pipeline detection and location,risk prediction and failure repair,namely strengthening the data collection and improvement of newly-built pipeline,determining the detection and location technology of buried non-metallic pipeline,exploring failure mechanism and risk predication technology,improving pipeline failure repair and preventative repair,and studying the core technologies of risk and integrity evaluation.Following suggestions are put forward,transferring part of integrity management work from pipeline operation period to construction period,so as to avoid the risk caused by key technology shortage;in view of the characteristic differences between metallic and non-metallic pipelines,systematical technology analysis should be conducted and the perfect non-metallic pipeline integrity management method should be established;for some application technologies,their technical limits and application range are unclear,and it is suggested that the selection and definition work of relevant technologies should be carried on,and the perfect and systematic management procedures and operation methods should be established.
