摘要
为解决地热井管线腐蚀严重及使用寿命短的问题,研究了一种在非开挖条件下,修复以及改造管线的复合内衬技术。通过研究地热井管线应用防腐技术的背景、管线内衬防腐结构和各个防腐层的原理,探讨了新管线防腐技术、旧管线修复及其配套技术的工作原理和施工工艺。该防腐技术应用在地热站内及站外的高温管线上,正常运行两年无任何渗漏、穿孔等现象,并且获得了国家专利,这种适用于地热井高温环境管线的防腐及修复技术开辟了国内地热管线防腐和修复的新领域。
In order to solve the problem of serious corrosion and short service life of geothermal well pipeline,a composite lining technique for repairing and reforming pipeline under non-excavation condition is provided.Through analyzing the background of the technology application in the geothermal well pipeline and the principle of the pipeline lining anticorrosion structure and each anticorrosion layer,the anticorrosion technology of the new pipeline and the working principle and construction process of old pipeline restoration and its supporting technology are discussed.The technology is used in geothermal stations and high-temperature pipelines outside the station for two years,and they all operate normally without any leakage,perforation,etc.Moreover,the technology has obtained national patents and is suitable for the anticorrosion and restoration of high temperature pipeline in geothermal wells.It has opened up a new field of domestic geothermal pipeline anti-corrosion and restoration.
