摘要
注水系统管道输送的回注水质量数据与管道内壁的腐蚀、结构、管网能耗等有密切的关联。而胜利油田目前的回注水质量、管网能耗、管道安全检测情况等监测数据均由检测机构各自存储,没有实现集成和共享。以注水工艺流程为主线,构建了注水系统数据的融合模型,实现了注水系统生产数据和监测数据的融合分析。此技术在胜利油田采油厂试点应用后,达到了生产数据为监测数据提供分析依据,监测数据为生产数据提供有效指导的效果。
The quality data of re-injected water conveyed by water injection system pipeline are closely related to corrosion of pipeline inner wall,structure and energy consumption of pipeline network.At present,the monitoring data of re-injected water quality,energy consumption of pipeline network and pipeline safety inspection in Shengli Oilfield are stored by inspection institutions respectively,and the integration and sharing are not realized.Taking water injection process flow as the main line,the data fusion model of water injection system is constructed,and the fusion analysis of production data and monitoring data of water injection system is realized.After the pilot application in Shengli Oil Production Plant,it is shown that the production data can provide analysis basis for monitoring data,and the monitoring data can provide effective guidance for production data.
