摘要
因Monel 400合金的焊接性较差,须选择合适的焊接工艺和质量控制措施。对Monel 400合金管材进行了对接接头的钨极气体保护焊试验及焊缝性能测定,并通过拉伸试验、摆锤冲击试验、弯曲试验等研究焊缝机械性能。结果表明:使用ERCuNi-7焊丝作为填充金属,其焊缝机械性能满足ASME规范要求的下限值;同时探索出最佳焊接工艺参数,并提出焊接过程中的质量控制措施。
The weldability of Monel 400 alloy is poor,so we should select suitable welding process and quality control measures.The GTAW test and weld performance evaluation on the butt connector of Monel 400 alley pipe are conducted.The mechanical properties of weld are studied by using tensile test,pendulum impact test and bending test.The results show that the mechanical properties of weld using ERCuNi-7 welding wire can meet the lower limit of ASME specification.Meanwhile,optimum welding parameters are obtained,and the quality control measures in the welding process are determined.
