雨季水基钻井固化泥浆淋滤浸出实验研究

摘要 为准确掌握油田钻井固化泥浆环境风险,给油田固化泥浆环境风险识别及雨季环境风险防控提供依据,采用单因素实验和正交实验相结合的方法,对水基钻井固化泥浆在雨季的淋滤浸出行为进行研究。设计1套雨水淋滤浸出模拟实验装置,该装置可以模拟不同的淋滤速率、淋滤水量及浸泡时间对固化泥浆的浸出。选取油田主要在用的钻井泥浆聚合物体系,通过试验表明,对油田钻井固化泥浆影响关系大小为淋滤水量>淋滤速率>浸泡时间,淋滤水量为60mm、淋滤速率为55mm/h、浸泡时间为24h(最不利条件)时,钻井固化泥浆中主要污染物的浸出出现最大值。 In order to accurately grasp the environmental risk of oilfield solidified drilling mud and provide basis for the environmental risk identification of oilfield solidified drilling mud and the environmental risk prevention and control in rainy season,the leaching behavior of solidified drilling mud in rainy season is studied by combining single factor experiment with orthogonal experiment.A set of rainwater leaching simulation experimental device is designed.The device can simulate the leaching of solidified mud at different leaching rate,leaching water volume and soaking time.The polymer system of drilling mud which is mainly used in oilfields is selected.The experiments show that the influence on oilfield solidified mud is leaching water volume>leaching rate>soaking time.When the leaching water volume is 60 mm,leaching rate is 55 mm/h and soaking time is 24 h(i.e.the most disadvantageous condition),the leaching value of pollutant indicator is the largest.The leaching value of solidified mud is the greatest when the experiment simulates heavy rain and long overcast sky for a long time.
