摘要
合理的绩效考核方法能够引导医院行政管理人员行为,最大限度激发其积极性,而行政管理人员因其工作性质,工作量、工作难度难以量化及评估,故在绩效改革过程中存在很大难度。岗位价值评估(International Position Evaluation,IPE)是用于量化岗位价值的方法。以某公立医院为例,介绍基于IPE的行政管理人员绩效评价体系的实施情况,并探讨了实践中存在的难点及对策。
Reasonable performance evaluation method can not only lead to the behavior of hospital administrators,but also stimulate the work enthusiasm of them.But because the administrators’workload and the difficulty level can’t be measured,there are great difficulties in the performance evaluation reform.International Position Evaluation is a method to measure the value of position.Throngh taking a hospital as an example,the paper introduces the administrators’performance evaluation reform,and discuss the difficulties and countermeasures in the practice.
