骨科临床实习教学管理模式的改进与效果分析

Improvement and Effect of Clinical Practice Teaching Management Model in Orthopedics

目的探索临床专业学生骨科临床实习教学管理模式的改进及效果分析。方法选取在哈尔滨医科大学附属第二医院进行骨科临床实习的68名临床专业本科生为研究对象,其中2018年5月—2019年4月期间的34名学生为实验组,2017年5月—2018年4月期间实习的34名学生为对照组。实验组应用改进后的骨科临床实习教学管理模式,对照组应用传统骨科临床实习教学管理模式。通过两组学生的出科考核成绩(理论成绩与实践成绩),以及问卷调查量化评分进行实施效果评估。结果实验组学生的理论考核成绩、骨科实践技能操作成绩均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组学生问卷调查结果显示,实验组各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论骨科临床实习教学管理模式的改进,能够提升骨科临床实习教学效果与教学质量,对整体临床工作质量改善有积极的效果。

Objective To explore the improvement measure and effect of clinical practice teaching management model in Orthopedics Department.Methods 68 interns of Orthopedics Department of undergraduate clinical specialty in The Second Clinical Medical School of Harbin Medical University were selected as the research objects,including 34 interns from May,2018 to April,2019 in experimental group,and 34 interns from May,2018 to April,2019 in control group.Improved clinical practice teaching management model in Orthopedics Department was applied in experimental group,and traditional clinical practice teaching management model in control group was applied in control group.Examination result,including theoretical and practice results,of two groups were compared,and the effect evaluation of the form of questionnaire survey quantification grade was done.Results Theoretical examination and Orthopedics practical skill operation results of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05).The results of questionnaire survey of two groups showed that various grades of experimental group were better than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The improvement of clinical practice teaching management model in Orthopedics Department helps to improve the clinical practice teaching effect in Orthopedics Department,and improve clinical work quality.It can significantly improve the quality of clinical practice teaching in Orthopedics Department.
