摘要
卓越绩效模式下的过程管理是医院追求卓越绩效的立足点。随着信息技术的迅速发展和医改的不断深化,传统的药事管理过程面临着进一步的改革和创新。文章阐述了基于卓越绩效模式的医院药事信息化管理过程,将先进的信息化技术与PDCA循环相结合,提高了药事管理过程的有效性和科学性,推动了医院医疗服务的发展。
The process management under the performance excellence model is the foundation of excellent performance of hospitals.With swift development of information technology and continuous medical and healtcare reform,conventional pharmaceutical management mode is subject to further reform and innovation.The thesis narrated that the performance excellence model-based informationization management process of pharmaceutical affairs,and the management method of combining advanced information technology and PDCA cycle enhanced the effectiveness and scientific nature of pharmacy management process,and promoted the medical service development of hospitals.
