摘要
采用ICP-MS(电感耦合等离子体质谱仪)法测试卷烟纸锌含量,通过数学建模并运用不确定度评定的基本方法和程序,分析了卷烟纸锌含量测量不确定度的主要来源,按照JJF1059-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》[1]的规定进行评定,最终计算出卷烟纸锌含量的不确定度,为系统分析检测结果的准确程度和可靠性研究提供参考,使检测结果更具客观性和准确性。
The content of zinc in cigarette paper was determined by ICP-MS method, and the sources of uncertainty was identified and uncertainty was evaluated through mathematical model establishment, basic methods and procedures. According to JJ F1059-2012 Uncer t ai nt y Evaluation and Deter m i nation Standard , the uncertainty of zinc content in cigarette paper was calculated to provide the reference and make the results more objective and accurate.
