纸巾纸横向抗张强度新检测标准的不确定度评估

Evaluation on the uncertainty in the measurement of cross-direction tensile strength for tissue paper

以纸巾纸横向抗张强度为例,分析了纸和纸板横向抗张强度新检测标准GB/T12914-2018的不确定性评估。其不确定度来源分别为:重复性实验引入的不确定度、材料试验机引入的不确定度、定距块引入的不确定度和可调距切刀引入的不确定度。最终依据JJF1059.1-2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》合成标准不确定度和扩展不确定度,提高了数据的精准性。

The cross-direction tensile strength of tissue paper was taken as an example to analyze the uncertainty evaluation of GB/ T12914-2018, a new measurement standard. Sources of uncertainty were the uncertainty introduced by repetitive experiments, material testing machine, spacer block and adjustable cutter. Finally, the standard uncertainty and extended uncertainty were calculated according to JJF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Uncertainty in Measurement , and the accuracy of data was improved.
