摘要 介绍了传统防震阻尼材料的类型和理化性能指标,对新型液态可喷涂型阻尼隔音材料(LASD)的减振降噪机理和性能特点进行了概述,指出了其涂装过程中存在的问题,并对两种阻尼材料的特点进行了对比,指出了汽车用阻尼材料的发展方向。 The types of conventional shock-proof damping materials and their physical and chemical properties were introduced. The vibration- and noise-reducing mechanism and performances of liquid applied sound deadener (LASD), a novel damping material, were summarized. The problems existing in its coating process were pointed out. The features of the two above-mentioned damping materials were compared. The development directions of damping materials used for automobile were presented.
