摘要
对 B1B2 紧凑型水性漆工艺和 1K 清漆的匹配使用进行了研究。从成膜机理、主要性能(包括抗石击、耐湿热、耐鸟粪、耐刮擦、老化 2 000 h 后耐刮擦等)、漆膜外观、喷涂机器人构造、环保等方面与 B1B2+2K 工艺进行了对比。结果表明,B1B2+2K工艺所得漆膜的性能总体优于 B1B2+1K,但后者在漆膜外观、成本(包括设备投入和运行维护)、作业环境、危废品处理等方面更有优势。
The compatibility of B1B2 compact waterborne painting process with one-component (1K) varnish was studied, and compared with B1B2+2K varnish with respect to film-forming mechanism, main properties (such as chip resistance, damp heat resistance, bird dropping resistance, and scratch resistance as-cured and after being aged for 2 000 hours), appearance, spraying robot configuration, environmental friendliness, etc. The results showed that the overall properties of the film obtained by B1B2+2K process is better than those of the film obtained by B1B2+1K process, while the latter has more advantages in film appearance, costs (involving equipment investment and operation maintenance), work environment, and dangerous waste treatment.
