摘要
讨论了汽车涂装前处理手工加料存在的问题,提出了改进思路,并对脱脂和磷化自动补加系统进行了介绍。对比研究了工艺改进前后游离酸、碱,总酸、总碱,以及促进剂点数的变化情况。结果表明,经过自动化改造,确保了前处理槽液参数的稳定,提高了车身的磷化质量,减少了磷化渣的生成,达到了经济和环保效益的同步提升。
Some problems existing in manual replenishment for pretreatment of automotive painting were discussed. An improvement idea was given. The automatic replenishment system for degreasing and phosphating was introduced. The variations of free and total acid, free and total alkali, as well as the points of accelerator before and after process improvement were compared. The results showed that the automatization reformation made the bath parameters stable for the pretreatment, improved the phosphating quality of vehicle body, reduced the phosphating slag, and increased the economic and environmental benefits.
