汽车B柱下端安全带卷收器安装支架强化措施

摘要 针对某车型在侧面碰撞中,出现B 柱下端安全带卷收器固定点刚度不够,引起该区域共振,导致测量点信号扰动,且由于安全带卷收器空间安装布置要求导致B 柱下端在碰撞中容易出现撕裂的情况,在有限元模型中进行结构优化,提出解决方案。 In side crash test, the stiffness of the installation point of the seatbelt retractor at the lower end of B-pillar is not enough, which will cause resonance in the area and disturb the signal of the relative measurement. Because of the installation space requirements of the seatbelt re. tractor, the fixation area of lower B-pillar is easily to be teared in crash test. Proposes a reinforce solution and validates in Finite Element simulation.
