The Idea of Good Governance and the Construction of Harmonious Political Order

The main factors effecting the formation of political order mainly include three aspects: the will of political subjects, legal system and traditional customs. The formation of harmonious political order is the basis of good governance. Leaders in the organization play a decisive role in the formation of political order. To construct a harmonious political order, we should respect the authority of organizations and politicians, adhere to the dialectical unity of democratic spirit and scientific governance, avoid the negative risks and improper problems of political behavior and enhance leaders ability to identify and resist the interference of political noise, overcome formalistic legitimacy, practice major decision-making collegial system, and establish strict supervision and accountability system.
