基于中医传承辅助系统《御纂医宗金鉴》眼科用药分析

Analysis of medicinal herbs in Golden Mirror of Medicine for treatment of ophthalmic diseases based on traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system

目的运用现代技术分析吴谦等在《御纂医宗金鉴》中治疗眼科疾病方剂的用药情况。方法整理治疗眼科疾病方剂109首,统一药物名称,将数据录入中医传承辅助系统,继而进行数据分析。结果经统计得出所有方剂中使用次数大于20次的药物有18味,大于20次的药物组合有12个,出现其中一种药物时另一种药物出现机率大于60.0%的组合15个,得出4个核心组合,得到2个潜藏新处方。从药物四气五味及归经方面分析,具有寒性、温性、平性的药物约占97.5%,具有苦味、甘味、辛味的药物约占91.0%,归经统计中归肝经、肺经、脾经、心经、肾经五经者总占比70.8%。结论《御纂医宗金鉴》中治疗眼科疾病使用药物多有祛风解表、清肝泄热、补益功能。

OBJECTIVE To analyze the application of Wu Qian et al in treating ophthalmic diseases in the Golden Mirror of Medicine. METHODS A total of 109 prescriptions for ophthalmic diseases were collected. The names of drugs were unified,and the data were input into the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system and analyzed. RESULTS According to statistics,18 drugs were used more than 20 times in all prescriptions,12 drug combinations were used more than 20 times,15 combinations containing one herb with over 60.0% chance accompanied by another one were found,and 4 core combinations were obtained. Two potential new prescriptions were obtained. According to the analysis of the four qi and five flavors of drugs and entry meridians,the drugs with cold,mild and flat properties accounted for about 97.5%. Drugs with bitter,sweet and pungent flavors accounted for 91.0%. For meridian tropism,70.8% of the herbs entered liver,lung,spleen,heart and kidney meridian. CONCLUSIONS The herbs used for treatment of ophthalmic diseases in the Golden Mirror of Medicine were mainly with functions of dispersing wind and releasing exterior,cleaning liver and purging heat,as well as the functions of tonifying and replenishing.
