中医辨证论治近视的发展沿革

Inherence, development and innovation of treatment based on syndrome differentiation on myopia

历代医家认为近视的病因病机及治法多异,近现代医家继承并革新。笔者通过对以往文献的回顾梳理,归纳近视病机为阳虚阴盛、心阳不足、肝肾亏损、气血亏虚、久视伤睛、先天不足;对应治法为升阳泻阴、养心安神、滋补肝肾、补益气血、修养生息、补肾壮阳。以资为近视的治法用药及确定中医近视治疗规范提供参考。

Doctors in different dynasties hold various views on etiology,pathogenesis and therapeutic plan of myopia,and doctors of later generation inherited and innovated these thoughts. The author annotated the literature according to the time sequence,summarized the common rules and refined the academic views. The major pathogenesis of myopia were yin exuberance with yang debilitation,heart yang deficiency,liver-kidney depletion,qi and blood deficiency,sight injury due to long-time watch,and innate constitution deficiency;and the corresponding treatment method were upraising yang and purging yin,nourishing heart to tranquilize,nourishing the liver and kidney,tonifying qi and blood,recuperating and restoring and strength,tonifying kidney and invigorating yang. It provided references for the herb and treatment methods selection in standardized management of myopia by TCM.
