摘要
本科生导师制已实行多年,对引导学生适应大学生活和尽快进入专业学习状态发挥着重要作用。文章通过对学生进行问卷调查和深入反思,发现在学校管理、学院组织、指导教师以及学生学习等方面,都存在一些问题,需要在理论指导、规则细化、过程管理等方面继续改进,以完善本科生导师制的教学实践。
The undergraduate tutorial system has been implemented for many years, which plays an important role in leading the university students to adapt to the new life and professional study as soon as possible. By the in-depth reflection and the questionnaire, it is clear that there are some problems in school management, college organization, instructors, students learning and so on . In order to improve the practice of the undergraduate tutorial system, some work must be improved on the theoretical guidance, rules refinement and the process management.
