纳米材料改性水性防腐涂料的研究进展 被引量:6

摘要 基于可持续发展和绿色环保的要求,新型的水性防腐涂料逐渐成为研究热点,但与溶剂型涂料相比,其耐蚀性能仍有待提高。近几年的研究中,通常采用将纳米材料添加到涂料中或是利用纳米材料对涂料进行改性的方法来提高水性涂层的耐蚀性能。简要介绍了有机涂层的防腐机理,综述了基于不同维度(零维、一维和二维)纳米材料对水性防腐涂料改性的最新研究进展,并展望了纳米材料赋予水性防腐涂料更多功能性的研究方向。 Based on the requirements of sustainable development and environmental protection,waterborne anti-corrosion coatings have gradually become a research hotspot,but their corrosion resistance still needs to be improved compared with solvent-based coatings.In recent years,the corrosion resistance of waterborne coatings has been generally improved by adding nanomaterials to coatings or by modifying coatings with nanomaterials.The anti-corrosion mechanism of organic coatings was briefly introduced.The latest research progress on waterborne anti-corrosion coatings based on nanomaterials with different dimensions (zero-dimensional,one-dimensional and two-dimensional ) was reviewed.The research direction that nanomaterials endowed waterborne anticorrosive coatings with more function was prospected.
