TiO2反opal球形光子晶体颗粒的制备

摘要 联合萃取辅助微乳液法和液相沉积技术成功制备了TiO2反opal球形光子晶体颗粒。首先用萃取辅助微乳液法合成PSopal球形光子晶体颗粒作为模板颗粒,然后利用液相沉积技术在模板颗粒空隙填充TiO2,去除模板得其TiO2反opal结构。样品的SEM图像和反射光谱结果显示,光子晶体颗粒球形度好,组装质量较高,微观结构排列有序;反射峰狭窄陡峭,反射强度较高。 PS spherical photonic crystal particles were prepared by extraction-assisted microemulsion method,and TiO2 inverse opal spherical photonic crystal particles with different bandgap positions were prepared by using PS spherical photonic crystal particles as templates.The microstructure and optical properties of spherical photonic crystal particles were characterized.The results showed that the prepared photonic crystal particles had good sphericity,high assembly quality,ordered microstructure,good optical properties,narrow and steep reflection peak and high reflection intensity.The prepared high quality photonic crystal particles were the basis for further study on the application of photonic crystals in photochemistry and other fields.
