煤质及煤改质影响水煤浆性能的应用性试验

摘要 通过对不同煤种及不粘煤在不同条件下热处理后煤样制浆性能测量结果的分析,考察了不同煤种水煤浆性能的差别及煤热处理改质对成浆性能的影响。结果表明,焦煤成浆性能最好、瘦煤成浆性能和焦煤的接近;无烟煤成浆性能比焦煤和瘦煤差,不粘煤成浆性能最差。结果还显示,不粘煤热处理改质后能显著提高成浆性能,温度为375℃、处理时间为16min时,热处理煤的成浆性能最好。 Through the analysis of the measurement results of slurry performance of different coal types and non-caking coal samples after heat treatment under different conditions,the difference of CWS properties and the influence of coal heat treatment on slurry performance were investigated.The results showed that coking coal CWS had the best performance,and the slurry performance of lean coal was close to that of coking coal.The slurry performance of anthracite was worse than that of coking coal and lean coal,and the non-caking coal slurry had the worst performance.The results also showed that the slurry properties could be improved by non-caking coal heat treatment.When temperature was 375 ℃ and the processing time was 16 min,the CWS performance of heat treatment sample was the best.
