X射线荧光光谱法分析铝青铜中主成分及杂质元素

摘要 通过采用QAl10-3-1.5国家级标准样品、行业级铝青铜控制样品、行业级铝青铜QAl9-2、QAl9-4标准样品共同拟合工作曲线[1],合理运用元素干扰校正,将各铝青铜分析规程合并为一个铝青铜综合分析规程,达到节约标样,减小规程制作的劳动强度,便于进行分析规程维护,提高效率的目的。定义伪元素“SP”为元素总和,并确定其范围,可定量判断样品加工情况以及样品中是否存在大量未分析元素,即时监控分析质量,确保分析结果准确可靠。 By adopting QAl10-3-1.5-the national standard sample,industry-level aluminum bronze control sample,industry-level aluminum bronze QAl9-2 and QAl9-4 common work curve fitting standard samples,the element interference correction was used reasonably,and various aluminum bronze analysis procedures were incorporated for an aluminum bronze comprehensive analysis procedures,so as to save the prototype,reduce the regulations made by the intensity of labor,easy to maintain the analysis procedures,and improve efficiency purpose.By defining the pseudo-element “SP” as the sum of the elements and determining its scope,the sample processing situation and whether there are a large number of unanalyzed elements in the samples can be quantitatively determined,and the analysis quality can be monitored in real time to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the analysis results.
