气相色谱-顶空进样法测定克林霉素磷酸酯中大孔树脂有机物残留的方法

摘要 建立克林霉素磷酸酯中大孔树脂有机溶剂苯、二甲苯(包括邻、间、对)、苯乙烯、二乙烯苯(包括间、对)残留量的检测方法。采用HP INNOWAX弹性毛细管(60m×0.25mm×0.25μm)色谱柱,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),程序升温,顶空进样气相色谱测定7种有机残留物,结果表明:线性范围内相关系数均达到0.999;回收率为81.4%~98.3%。该方法简便易行,测定结果准确可靠,可用于大孔吸附树脂有机残留物的测定。 A method of determination of benzene,m-,p-,o-xylene,styrene,and m,p-divinylbenzene in macroporous resins in Clindamycin phosphate was developed.HP INNOWAX GC column (60 m×0.25 mm×0.25 μm),hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID),temperature-programmed route,headspace gas chromatography were used to determine the seven kinds of organic residues.The results showed that the method had a good linear relativity(r = 0.999).The recovery rates was from 81.4 % to 98.3 %.The method was simple,accurate and reliable,and it could be used for the determination of organic residues in macroporous resin.
