摘要 为提高印度尼西亚褐煤的成浆浓度,采用分级研磨工艺,通过优选分散剂、三峰级配方法进行试验研究。研究结果表明:印度尼西亚褐煤属于很难成浆的煤种,粗煤粉单独制浆的最大成浆浓度为42.88%;优选脂肪族分散剂并将粗、细、超细煤粉按照85∶15∶10的比例进行三峰级配后,最高成浆浓度可提升至46.32%,有效地改善了印度尼西亚褐煤的成浆性,浆体的流动性和稳定性良好。 In order to improve the slurry ability of Indonesia lignite,using fractional grinding process,the experimental study was carried out utilizing the method of dispersant optimization and three-peak grading.The results show that Indonesian lignite is difficult to be prepared as the coal water slurry,and the maximum slurry concentration of coarse coal powder is 42.88%.After preferring the aliphatic dispersant,and the three-peak grading which is done for coarse,fine and ultra-fine coal powder according to the ratio of 85∶15∶10,the maximum slurry concentration is increased to 46.32%,which effectively improves the slurry ability of Indonesia lignite,and the rheological property and stability of the slurry are good.
